Name: Orchid Age: 24 Occupation: Retired Organization Agent/Ultratech Employee After Fulgore-X's death in Brazil, Orchid returns to New York, but never discusses what happened with anyone.  She takes on a temporary position within Ultratech, while she waits for her request for retirement from the Organization to finally be fulfilled.  And when it finally is...Azrael appears, threatening the very existence of the human race!  Orchid is forced to become an Agent once more, as the fate of the world seems to rest on her shoulders.  Is the burden too much to bear?

 

Name: Jago Age: 22 Occupation: Temporary Ultratech Employee After returning from Tibet, Jago takes on a temporary position at Ultratech along with Orchid and Chief Thunder.  However, when Azrael appears, Jago finds himself in the middle of the fight for the survival of the human race.  In the middle of everything, his former lover Julie returns after 3 years...but she's sided with the Fulgores!  Jago finds that he must somehow support his sister and try to fight for humanity while trying to resolve things with his former lover.

 

Name: Fulgore-X Age: 4 Months Occupation: Fulgore Specialist Fulgore-X died in Brazil, but his body was soon found by Azrael, and he was restored to perfect health.  Currently, he works for Azrael as a specialist.  Although Fulgore-X has sided with the Fulgore Race, he seems to have reservations about murdering all of humanity.  He forms a friendship with Julie, Azrael's other specialist, and both of them seem to be helping the Fulgores because it's the only option that will allow them to live peacefully on Earth.

 

Name: Azrael Age: Unknown (~4 Months est.) Occupation: Leader of the Fulgore Race Formerly Fulgore 2, he was accidentally revived by Chief Thunder and Glacius during the 8th Killer Instinct Tournament.  During his repairs, he was able to rid himself of his psychotic nature, and thus assumed the Azrael identity.  Hiding within Ultratech for 3 months, he prepares to make his dream a reality - the birth of the Fulgore race.  He strongly believes that humans and Fulgores can never co-exist, and is determined to kill humanity to ensure the survival of his people.

 

Name: Julie Age: Unknown (~26 est.) Occupation: Fulgore Specialist Julie was killed in Brazil on what would have been her final mission.  Her body was quickly found by former Ultratech President Robert Sheridan, and put into stasis.  Three years later, she is found by Azrael; he quickly realizes that she is a former Organization agent and decides to use her for his own purposes.  He revives her from death using Fulgore technology; she is now only half human and half Fulgore.  Julie feels no particular attachment to the human race, but still loves Jago and is caught between both sides during the conflict.

 
 

Name: Chief Thunder Age: 43 Occupation: Ultratech Employee Chief Thunder continued to work at Ultratech while Jago and Orchid left to pursue personal interests.  When the conflict between the Fulgore and human races begins, Thunder finds himself dragged right into the center.  However, there is something about Azrael that Thunder seems to feel guilty about...With the ultimate fate of humanity in the balance, can Thunder resolve his own feelings of guilt, while at the same time, trying to support Jago and Orchid with their problems?

 
 

Name: Dr. Karen Connors Age: 36 Occupation: Engineering Specialist and Second Chair of The Fulgore Project Karen Connors is actually TJ Combo's older sister.  She is a very talented and gifted scientist, so her expertise was called upon for The Fulgore Project.  Because she was knowledgeable and trustworthy, she worked on all three originals - Fulgore, Azrael, and Fulgore-X.  Since Dr. Parkins' death, she is the only person alive with extensive knowledge on the Fulgore cyborg.  Because of this, her services have been called upon by both the humans and the Fulgores.  However, since TJ's death, she has become despondent and wants nothing to do with either side.
