I have resigned as a mod a couple of days ago, And Az will transfer mod powers to new people pretty soon. (The new mods have already been picked, allthough bribing in the form of cake or money is still an option)

I haven't been able to give the forum the attention it deserves lately and i'm entering a new phase of life that will distract me even more from op9. And i'm sure the new mods will enjoy the challenge and do a better job at it too. So i wish them the best of luck.

I'll still be around as a regular member, and clown around occasionally.

For some reason, I don't think PLF would accept the offer, but I could be wrong. It just seems to me that he's comfortable with being the resident "I'm Smarter Than You and I Can Prove It" guy (some say 'asshole'), so why would he want to be a mod? I don't presume to know him, though, and as I said, I could be wrong.

There's several good choices on here, I think, so it will be interesting to find out who are the new mods. Does anyone know when the announcement will be made?

Bob was a very famous, hilarious forum troll.
Caseylim was some guy from, I believe, Singapore who could hardly speak English and asked really funny/weird questions in the sex thread. He made the most absurd posts, and it caused much hilarity to ensue.
eyez0nme (for some reason this isn't wrong according to Firefox's spell check.) was.. I forgot why he was banned, actually.
General Admission was, probably, our most notorious troll. He often times posted transsexual Asian pictures, would flame posters a lot, and one time when Firefly banned him in the old IRC, he gave out her cell phone (or home phone, not sure) number to a bunch of telemarketers and such to ruin her credit. :watson:

I've yet to see any of these users slip and fall in a discussion, though there may be some exceptions. Another factor is frequency of use; japanat and rhuaidri may have less visit frequency for personal reasons. Not that the former wouldn't, but you know what I mean.

Honestly folks, I have a negative 300% chance of becoming a moderator here. Namely because I wouldn't want to. What's the fun in berating someone verbally if you have to scold yourself for it afterward? And who would stand up to me if I had almighty power? I mean, people would cower and say, "Yessir PLF sir! I was an idiot sir! I don't know what ignorance came over me! I grovel at your shitkickers!"
