OMG.... Can't Believe What I am Seeing...

So, I am really into seeing many different kinds of movies....so I rent a lot of artsy farsty types of movies from Netflix. I innocently popped in the movie, Birth, a recent Nicole Kidman flick. Basically it is about how her husband dies and is reincarnated as a little boy. So this little 10 year old boy comes back in to her life right before she is to be remarried.....so yada yada yada, I just got done with this scene where Nicole Kidman is butt necked in the bathtub and this ten-year old boy strips down and gets in there with her! I was like, NO! I did NOT just see that. Just when I was sure it was a mere dillusion that must have been brought on by an undiagnosed schizophrenia, I saw something else! The 10 year old boy kisses Nicole!! I was like, WTF. Yeah, so if you have seen this flick, please discuss below....cuz I am sure to be permanently traumatized now =/

Because the average American is a fuckwit. Afraid that damn near every little thing will detroy society. That is, until it gets labelled as art. When that happens, the average American is willing to throw their life away to protect it and make sure that the government allows it.

But yeah, sounds like an odd movie. Not something I'd like to see, due to the genre it sounds like it's in. I don't go for that artsy/love/what if? crap.

The movie copped a lot of flack in the media when it was being made for that scene. I can't remember if Nicole Kidman was actually naked or not, but I haven't seen it, either.

I think my friend perfectly summed up censorship in the US. It's perfectly okay to show a guy with half of his face missing after getting shot, just as long as his dick isn't showing.

And on a side note, that kid will either have it made for the rest of his school life, or he will get the crap beat out of him by jealous assholes for what he did.
