This is a great story.
Pissed off due to experiencing the red light of death on his Xbox 360 for the second time, this dude calls 1-800-4MYXBOX, expecting MS to ship him a box in which he can return his console to be repaired for the second time. Little does he know that MS changed their policy and no longer offers this service and he is told that he must ship to the console to the repair center at his own expense. Now even more agitated, the dude drills the customer service rep, asking why they would lower their standards to a level that is displeasing to the customer. After being told several times that MS has the right to change their policy at any time, he still persists. At this point, the customer service rep tries to off a bit of solace, saying that they will pay to ship the console back to him. So, being the **bleep** he has become, he asked the rep to send him some cardboard so he can create a box to ship the broken console. And of course, the rep replies saying that they have no cardboard to send him. This is where it gets good.
At this, the guy asks "Well what cardboard are you going to send it back to me in?" The rep replies, "We will ship back your unit in the same box that you ship it to us in." After making the customer service rep repeat this agreement several times, he was now confident that MS's policy was to pay to ship whatever box the console arrived in back to the customer once the console is repaired.
At this time, this guy is taking donations so he can ship his Xbox 360 back to the service center in a 40 foot steel shipping container. You can read his mission statement and the actual conversation with the service rep at TheBigBoxProject.com.
All I can say is, very nice!

I consider this great entertainment, I'd send him five bucks if I had it.
