I think the whole child prostitution thing is kinda... weird... but it's their lifestyle. I'm not gonna bug them on it anyhow. Besides, I here, they there. I'm not going to voice my opinion to people that aren't gonna listen.

But yeah... it makes a lot of sense.

EDIT: I mean the rest of it makes sense. Not the child prostitutes. Yeah.

I think most of it
oh lets just 80% is crap

a child who can't appreciate what parents and grandparents do for them enough to repay them with a bit of affection
is somehow mature enough to decide such things

though I agree with the last part about the picture that got taken of that child
I remember when that was going on

The courts decide based on who can provide better for the child and they take into account who the child favours, not to mention most people wouldn't want to make that decision themselves(like asking your parents to mention a favourite)
though it sucks when a good father can't visit the child or other such cases

Yay, a pro-child prostitution piece! I always thought this forum needed more of those.

I just thought that was kinda funny but for an actual topic there were two that seemed like something to discuss

I already closed the window
but the second is still up http://www.ageofconsent.com/comments/fantasyvictims.htm

the other one was similar about child pornography

though I don't like it ... the actual case well ... I .... well they have a point in a way ...

"Sexual fantasies almost always contain things that a person could never do, and would never do even if they were presented with the opportunity to. The fantasy revolves around the actual disconnected act itself, not the social implications that its actuality would have on your life. Just because my girlfriend thinks Brendan Witt is the sexiest man alive and affects an emphasized sigh every time they do a close up on him at the Capitals game does not make me worry that she'll go run off with a hockey player. I know she is better than that. And if she isn't, it's the act that will dismay me."

I don't think his analogy works ... if the man she thought was better than you was local and she mentioned leaving you if he was made available
wouldn't that constant reminder bring you down a bit.

The moment billy drops his gf, i'll jump him. or I don't love you enough to stick with you, your just until I get something better.

thats not really relevant to anything
I just don't think its a good analogy

edit: also things that start out as fantasies or in your head do sometimes

happen in your actual life. I've been playing with the idea of going to new

zealand, I know i'm not going but I looked at prices and apartments and hotel prices. The point is obvious, with enough justification something that might seem outrageous might gradually become more feasible.
