Need help either identifying the language or a translation of a few words etc etc. Its been bothing me since i heard this pretty pretty song.

I found this somewhere, and it seems to be fairly good english. The lyrics looks kind of spanish, so it may be italian, or portugese, or some other spanish-esque language.
