With the latest update, I changed the main teacher page so that when clicking on my name, instead of getting my email address, it leads to the FAQ page. The first question there now asks "Where is your email?" and as I answered, I put it at the bottom of that page.
Emails recieved today - All of 3.
So now I'm wondering if the process actually worked...or if the vast majority of people just got lost along the way...

Well, look at it like this. The ones who got lost along the way are probably the ones who have no need to e-mail you. So I'd say it worked...
you know what this means though, don't you. We may never again be exposed to the beauty of a "Black Man Lies" e-mail. I rely on those things to remind myself why I'm shelling out thousands of dollars for college.

Yeah. I'm considering restoring it and just putting up with the endless JET/what's good in Japan? questions just so I don't miss out on the rare gems.
I did get one email that managed to be offensive to almost every ethnic and cultural group on the planet, but it wasn't good enough for me to post.

amazing that one extra logical step can filter out so many people... I sure hope those gems don't get lost trying to find your e-mail address, but I can't say that I have an excessive amount of faith in them.

But you just told them the secret! So now they know.
And knowing is half the battle.

Can you post it here? I'm sure we'd love to see it.

Well, the ones you would post probably only found your email address by accident. They seem far too stupid to go out of their way for it! I mean, this way requires use of brain!

I noticed that.
Also I noticed the "forums" link is now the BBS link.

Do that. You'd get more emails that way.

Yeah, sometimes I feel like posting my IM convos and e-mails up at times, but I dunno. I'm not great at the whole "witty replies" thing. ^_^;
Most of it is answered with a simple "read the instructions, MORON!", but alas... they either can't read(I know you need to kinda read to be on the internet, but with their grammar, I know mine ain't perfect, but holy shit) or are too stupid to realise that the text file in the zip is the instructions. :p
