I saw Flyboys on Friday night. It was opening night. What I saw of it it sounded really good and being opening night I figured we should go early. We are maybe an hour early. Not too early really for an opening night. There is no one in the theatre. By the time the movie started it was only half full. It was a really good movie I though. To bad it probally won't be dooing so good. My girlfriend even liked it and she's not big into the war movies. She'll watch them with me but she won't pick one to watch herself.

It looked horrible from the previews.

I watched it, it was actualy pretty good. I thought Franco carried the role pretty well, but yea, the theatre wasn't as full as I thought it'd be. But it really doesn't matter too much about the revenues this time around; it was the prototype for Franco, to see whether or not he could pull it off. Obviously he did (not to box-office acclaim, but to the critics') which will affect his next movie's advertising budget and so forth.
but yea, it was really good.
Jean Reno was in it, so now you basically HAVE to go and watch it.
