Uhm, weird request, second thread mentioning "emergency accommodation" this week.
Anyhow, a friend got accepted to an academy in Hamburg and the semester will start very soon. We've been looking for a place for her to stay, dialed so many numbers that our fingers are bleeding, but no luck so far.
I know it's weird to ask such a question right here, but we're kinda desperate.
Does anyone on this BBS live in Hamburg in a living community or dorm or anything like that whith a room available? She couldn't pay much more than 250€/month. If anyone has some good hints or tipps about where to look... thanks. She'd need to move in this month.
Unfortunately, she can't just go to Hamburg and look for a place, which would be much easier because - who'd let someone they've never seen before live in their living community? However, I can guarantee that she's a really nice person, rather quiet, but good at socializing, a good person to share a place with. I'd really appreciate your help.
