Specifically the Shibuya one.

Has anyone stayed there? I'm curious as to what people thought of the place as I've booked an apartment for late October.

Also, I've got a friend coming over for 9 days and was told that the Japanese are strict about not letting people who hadn't booked a room into other people's rooms. I can get another bed in the room for an extra 3000yen though if it's too much trouble.

One more thing...are these "Gaijin hunters" anything to be wary of? :boggled:

Thanks :)

Lmao. Maybe you can get a "I'm not a gaijin" shirt and the Gaijin Hunters will leave you alone.

It's easy to spot Gaijin Hunters. They all have this somewhere on their bodies.

Well I kinda had an idea what they were...I was just wondering if they'd try and spike my drink or something seeing as it's rude to refuse too much, isn't it? I'd be pretty screwed then (hoho). :x

Why do they want to have half an half babies?

Why do they want to have half an half babies?

because a halfling baby will have double eyelids. You know the crease above your eye that is called a double eyelid. Many japanese people/asians do not have this. Having double eyelids makes your eyes look bigger. The genes for double eyelids are dominant. so the halfling will have them.

*A Japanese girl told me this. although she didn't use the word "halfling"

I'll be sure to give them your numbers if I come across any ;)

Seriously though, they're not too annoying, are they?

But aren't big eyes in Japan like a sexy thing? That's good for them, but I bet they'd get teased a lot by kids.

Hapas are always hot. Usually a half Japanese, half white person is really good looking. That's why these chicks want you. They want to produce a good looking offspring.

It's the crease above your eye ball and below your eye brow.

My eye, which does not have a double eyelid.

(To get back on subject, I saw the website for Tokyu Stay. It looks like a great place to stay...tho a little bit pricey. Which room type did you get? And how long are you in Tokyo?)

Yeah, it all seems alright but can't seem to find any reviews of it. Ah well.

I've booked a studio apartment for hmm...roughly 22 days, might stay a little longer or leave earlier though (I've got to change the date I'm going anyway).

It was recommended by a friend and everyone I've spoken to about Tokyo has loved Shibuya so it seemed like the best choice.

I've been told that people aren't allowed to visit you by this same friend but can't find anything on their site that says anything about it.
