These are some pictures a friend in New Zealand made. Yes, these are actually bought in an New Zealandish shop.
Make of it what you will. This may just get to 'All Your Base' proportions.

The elusive Japanglish?
Dear lord, that's not kosher. However, I doubt it will reach all yopur base proportions...

Hahahahhahaha!
I LOL'ed.
Check that out. The kangaroo is also wearing rubber gloves (to not get his hands dirty), and he's talking about a lovely choco center. Also, he has a blue eye. Someone hit him after a Kancho.
Holy shit, there's kangaroos and koalas on those boxes!
Fucking Kiwis stealing our animals.

When they talk about 'kiwi' they mean the 'kiwibird'.
Over there they call 'kiwi' 'kiwifruit' if I'm not mistaken, and the bird is called the 'kiwi'.
New Zealanders are called Kiwis for the Kiwi bird.
We just don't speak of them, that's how much we care about 'em. Well, NZ is an extension of Australia in that we ship the dumb people over to NZ in the middle of the night so as not to pollute Australia. :p
Edit: I was always taught that kiwi birds were extinct. My apologies.

Duh, 'kiwibird' is slang for 'New Zealander'.
And Jay, kiwibirds aren't extinct.

He didn't call them kiwibirds! He called them Kiwis! And the fact now remains that Canadians shall henceforth be known as potatos!

*sigh*
Kiwis are called what they are because of the BIRD.

WHAT?! I thought that it would be earlier. wow. I just realized. It should be spring there, right? Like, your winter just got over? What did you get for Christmas?
Benaire

LOL its almost spring but its feels like spring. In Canberra the wattles are all blooming a sure sign of spring. The world is turning into little yellow puffballs allergic people are turning into weeping leaking puffy red eyed sad sad people. =) The sun feels warmer all of a sudden and you can feel its rays penetrate and warm you to your bones.

I love that feeling. When it's cold, but then the sun pops out fomr behind a cloud, and you feel the temp raise a few degrees. In America, our wattles aren't flowers, but the red chunk of skin on a trukey's neck. Each day I feel summer leave. It used to be sunny when I would roll into work at 5 in the morning, but now it remains dark until at least 6:30. The bright, evocative smells remain, but they seem tainted by some force, signalling the end to warmth and jovialities, and the beginnings of cold and isolation.
It's still half winter here. Hot days and cool nights.
