For some time now, I have tried some interesting, all-natural pills to clean your colon. Doing some research on the topic, I have found out that it can work wonders to "clean out the pipes" every once in a while. Yes, it was weird walking into GNC and walking up to the cashier and in the voice of a true man utter "Ya... so, have you had any experience with the colon cleansing products and which would your recommend?" The look on this guy's face was just astonishing. I think he laughed quite hard after we left. Remember it takes some gumption to ask for such products BUT I will tell you that I have never felt better. You should really get out there and give it a try! Has anyone else had the joys of letting it all out? Tell us about it.

I bet Taco Bell is cheaper. Probably hurts more though. Personally I'm waiting for nano robots with tiny little picks and shovels, and hopefully no buggy programming.

Hopefully Microsoft wont have anything to do with it then. No way would I trust Gates and his fancy schmancy hardware up my arse (absolutely no pun intended).

Fasting, once a week, is known to be good for the whole body. You can read it up in numerous books from the likes of Deepak Chopra, Andrew Weil, Arnold Ehret (who was a little zealous of it), and any book regarding Aryuveda. I did it at one point when my paranoid mother was off at some trip, and felt damn good, continuing it a few hours after the 24 hour timer was up. I downed about 5 liters of water. Bowel movement was nuts.
What helps in digestion as well, is taking acidophilus supplements. They are bacteria that thrive in your colon, breaking down food, and taking care of some of the junk that passes. Too little of them(often caused by overburdence of medicine/antibiotics) and you get the worse runs possible.
All that I can state is that the better way is to keep your system clean by consuming a steady amount of greens after each meal. Fiber = Good at any age.
