EVERYONE in the graduation will turn into Agent Watson clones. A whole batallion of them. Az will run outside, and it's raining. One of them will walk out, and begin to go all out against Az. The sheer force of the kancho/dick dodging parry will literally stop the rain from falling.

Eventually, Az will come to the realization that the only way to defeat Watson and to reboot the Nippontrix, is to become one with Watson. Upon getting his dick grabbed, Az turns into a huge Watson, and the whole archipelago of Japan crashes and reboots.

In the end, we see a dead Az floating towards the U.S soil, as the Nippon sentinels go back to Japan, after attempting a mass invasion of mecha-kancho machines all over the world. The ending scene is the Americanized oracle and Koizumi the architect of the entire Nippontrix talk about the future of the system and of the rest of the world, amid a beautiful sunrise.
