Hi guys, nice forum youve got going here
I am a 24 year old swede who will move to Fukuoka in september to study at Kyushu University.
Has anyone of you been there? Heard that it´s a nice city.
Another question that has been bothering me is wether it is possible to buy large(made to fit western people) clothes in japan?
Or should I try to bring as much as possible
peace!

I haven't been to japan yet, but from what I can determine from today's story - bring a huge box of rubbers.

out of curiosity, where in sweden?
Sweden is adjacent to norway, and right across denmark in
Europe and right above germany, seperated by ocean.

Way up north. Well...not so way, but way enough.
A place called, neatly enough, Backe. I dont expect you to know where it is, since it's got less than 1000 inhabitants, but at least you ought to know Ångermanland, right?
What exactly are you studying, by the way?
Bahahahaha, my bad, bahahahahaha

Cool, lot's of swedes interested in Japan, and actually going there. A good friend of mine is a swede (always rubs it in that he is actually a swede, and I cannot figure out why he does that but okay) and he's going to Japan too.
What are you going to study at Kyushu DaveW?

Actually, i also feel like i meet a lot of swedes on these kind of boards (or any board in any way related to japan). I guess it's just that i don't really notice danish of norweigans the same way, but still...
