My goal is 5 minute miles by end of year, which is good, but nowhere near great.
Sit-ups I can do lots and lots( over 60 in a min, if I try), But my 6 pack is barely visible.
Pushups, also alot.

We're pretty similar man. Same height, nearly same weight. I just have some weight over you since my training hasn't worn off completely yet.

If you can do that many sit-ups that fast, consider moving on to something harder. Try leg raises. You won't be able to do more than 20 if I am guessing right. :D

The thing is I am way too lazy for my own good.
Only thing I ever really worked on was pull-ups(2 odd years ago)
Now I am working on running. The rest is basically random on and off stuff.
That is why having no power over myself sucks, If I was not so lazy I would be much stronger. (When I do leg raises I prefer to just leave the legs in the air, and I am pretty sure I can do 20 of em)

I don't want to be huge. o.o That would mess up my martial arts style. Though I am working on building more muscle.

And I don't know about you moo, but lifting the legs up and then dropping them to the point they barely touch the floor burns more than just leaving them up. That's way too easy. Having the abs constantly flexing while doing leg raises the way they were intended is very difficult. And also holding the abs in a flexed position, then slowly increasing the tightness also burns like hell.

Lol it is really impossible, and no thanks, I am actually in the middle of purchasing equipment for myself.
So far I have dumbells, barbells, A bench with accesories that have workouts for leg (lifting, or lying on back and raising that way), benchin, butterfly curls)
Now I want to buy a bentch for inclined sit-ups
A treadmill( Somedays I really do not feel like running outside)
And this really large pull up thingie, that also has a dip bad, handles for push-ups, and a thing for leg raises)
