Hi everyone!

It's been while since I've been here and I see some of the old people are still alive and kicking, hope everything is good.

I've busy with school, life and shit, that I didn't have time to stop by that often and spam, but I won't bore you with that now. Instead I'll go straight to the meaning of this post.

Last week I got an email from the Kyoto institute of culture and language, saying my papers have cleared and asking me send around 640 000 yen, for tuition fees and 6 months rent for the apartment and my flight schedule.

After about 10 min of staring into my laptop, in the middle of Human rights lecture, I started to giggle and when a friend of mine asked me why I was giggling, I started to laugh out, yell ´I GOT IN!´. Which probably wasn’t a good idea as I was kicked out of class.

Anyways the 29th of March, I take off from Stockholm to Osaka Kansai, with a side stop at Frankfurt for an hour and land on Osaka kansai on the 30th march.

The school doesn't start until the 10th of April, but I’ve to be at the school the 2nd of April for placement test and an interview. So that leaves me hopefully with 8 days of doing nothing, unless they got something else planed that they aren't telling me.

If for those of you that live in Kyoto got time and would like to meet me and some other white boy and show us around or just go to a bar and get drunk, are well appreciated, or else I'll be in my apartment with my white undies, flicking the TV...well no, ill be walking around, getting lost and sleeping in part till someone take the time to read the tag around my neck and sends me home. Either way it will be an adventure :innocent: .

Remember the best summer-drinking spot in Kyoto: "bar riverside" - means get the booze from Lawson, just beside Kamogawa Sanjo bridge, and relax by the river :D...

I'm leaving the 1st, otherwise i could show you around. Especially since you're practically a neibhourg :D (i'm from Helsinki). But now the last days are pretty busy... (read: don't know how i'm gonna manage)

Yeah, Az needs to dedicate an entire corner of the editorial section just for you, bro. ;)

Long time no see, it will probably be a longer time with no see, but keep in touch regularly and WRITE.

And most of all, good luck. :D

Wow, only 9 days notice? That's crazy. Congrats though! I hope you have a great time.
