So this whole thing was just a school project or am I reading this wrong? I feel used, but at the same time maybe not? Should I say sure and give her my cell # or screw her over and say no? Keep in mind she has my pics and I have pictures of her, her twin sister and her little brother.

I would say no. You don't know the girl very well I don't think (sure you're penpals, but it's not like you guys are that well acquainted). And you don't know where this kind of thing can go either. I wouldn't risk giving away personal information to someone I hardly know.
