racism is a function of the human psycology. The 'us and them' factor, which may be a good survival instinct when your tribe is fighting for hunting turf, but otherwise makes you look like an ass. It is up to each of it to defeat it in ourselves.

What is affirmative action but reverse racism? They base the entire system on the assumption that people of races not in the majority will automatically not have an equal chance. In today's society, it's nearly pointless.
