So, I ended up getting stuck on a flight with an entire class of chuugakusei on the way from San Francisco to Narita this afternoon. And, of course, I had to end up sitting right in the thick of 'em. When the girl next to me accidently dropped her bag square on my head and said, "Gommennasai," I reflexively said, "Daijyoubu desu yo."

Oh boy. Bad move on my part.

Due to the fact that I exposed my ability to speak Japanese (and looking like a white boy), I was trapped for the next 9.5 hours being badgered about things they had seen while in the US, phrases they had heard, and phrases they wanted to learn. I took Az's lessons to heart and didn't teach any of them to say "BREASTS!" or anything, but it was an exhausting trip. The three senseis with them all had shit-eating grins the entire time as they slept comfortably.

The schwarmy bastards.

In other news, Tokyo is actually cool right now!!! Well, that's because it's been raining and a typhoon is coming, but I'll take that over the heat any day. And I seem to have been upgraded to a suite at my hotel.

Life = good.

They were 3rd years, so I'd say about 14?
