I'm not sure where to put this, so it's into General Discussion ^^' This is a sort of Moeko story.

Around December, just before the school break, I had made a bunch of small boxes for my friends, each filled with cookies, fudge, and the like. After passing them around to everyone, I realised I had one left. I walked around the school, trying to figure out who to drop it off to, when I noticed the school's radio host. He does the music before, during lunch, and after school. He looked really glum siting in his booth, so I popped in, said 'HAPPY CHRISTMAS!' really loudly, dropped the box in his lap and ran out.

I didn't really think anything of it until later in the morning when he asked if he could talk to me. He was sobbing and just grabbed me and hugged me. He explained his girlfriend had broken up with him the night before, and he had been feeling pretty down until I had brought the box of sweets, and that cheered him right up.

It's not really a Moeko story, but it did make him really happy, and once he stopped crying, there was a big grin on his face the rest of the day.

Hey, well good for ya! Sounds like he really appreciated it, and God knows we all have those days when we could use a pick-me-up. :)

How thoughtful of you to give that to him. Perfect timing indeed. It truely feels good to help someone feeling down, doesn't it?

The mushiness aside, you made me restore some of core values that every human should have: Compassion.

Salutations and wine for you.

Um, thank you ^^ I'm really embarassed XD

But that really cheered my up to hear you all say that! And like him, I had this big grin on my face all day because I had cheered him up. It was actually a little odd, because I had never affected anyone like that before.

Um, thank you all again for reading this and for posting your comments!

I love that game :)
'cause I pwn ass at it :karate:
what? never played pamplemousse?

On dois dire "pamplemousse", quand on arrive sur un nombre avec un "3" ou les nombres qui sont un multiple de 3, par exemple:
1, 2, pamplemousse, 4, 5, pamplemousse, 7, 8, pamplemousse, 10, 11, 12, pamplemousse.

Correct my grammar please, ottawa girl :P

This thread is priddy canadian eh?

Thank you Shylilsweety! My face is really bright red right now XD

And Paul, I've played Pamplemousse before. It's fun on long car rides. And I'm not actually from Ottawa, I just live there. I was born in Nova Scotia, moved to Manitoba, moved back to Nova Scotia, then to Ottawa about five years ago.

Your very welcome!

Bright red? I am sorry! I didn't mean to! Sorry!

But yes! Good job, making an individual feel very happy when they were gloomy and sad!

Oh that's a very nice story. I guess that would make you Moeko in this case. I thought it was going to be a story about somebody doing something nice for you.
