Seriously, leasing's where it's at. With leasing you don't have to go through as much rigmarole as full ownership.

Well, leasing is a great idea. much better than time-sharing... and saying "I pWn j00 from mid-march to the third week of april!!!!11eleventyone"doesn't carry quite the punch does it?

Dude, outright ownage sucks, because there's too much to go through before you finally DO own whatever it is. Wouldn't you prefer a nice simple lease? A fee each month and nothing else to worry about? :p

Nope Im majorly into ownage and I much perfer letting other people pay me per month which pays for my ownage.

But YOU have to do the paying at the start, and they require exhorbitant up-front payment. I prefer to just make a deposit at the start and pay monthly.

Hmmmmm sometimes my second house was full 100% loan and well bills and morgage breaks even with the rent i get from it.
