Has anyone seen the movie Hostel? I went last night with a friend to see it, because we had heard that it was really good. The first half was basically a porno (I saw more boobies than I've ever seen before) and the second half was by far the goriest movie I've ever seen. I wanted to come home and watch the movie Saw afterwards, because I figured Saw would be soothing and peaceful after Hostel.
People get their fingers and toes cut off, eyeballs removed, vicious murders. . .For example, in one scene, the main character has just escaped from where he was being tortued, but he hears a girl screaming so he goes back in to save her life. She is in the process of being tortured, so he kills the torturer, but the girl's eyeball is hanging out of her eye, attached by the eye cord thing. She's freaking out hardcore, cuz her eye is hanging against her cheek! So, the good guy uses scissors to cut her eyeball OFF. And eyeball goo comes out. OMG, that scene is going to be in my head for quite a while.
Anyway, what are other people's thoughts on this movie?
