If I have time Sunday, I would like to challege someone here to a game. But please go easy on me as I haven't had anytime to figure out all that is new to the game to know how to take advantage of it. No rushing. -_-;;

Perhaps, if there is more than one who has the game, we could have a giant match. Just reply with your SN if you are interested.

Anyone else find the game glitchy as hell?...way more bugs then i would expect from aoe.Guess that's the new industry trend, release a game early,full of bugs in response to corporate pressure.Installation,voice-overs and cut-scenes all seemed like a mess.

Did you dl the patches?

I don't find it glitchy at all, however, I think it may have had a problem with freeing virtual memory but the patches took care of it. Then again, I think it may be the Trial version I'm remembering.

Just remember it is a MICROSOFT game. :D

Age of empires 2 was a classic. The demo for aoe3 was a huge dissapointment, and thats an understatement. Damn, they shouldn't make 3d rts games unless it's in a Rome:total war or cossacks style.

AOE III owns! WTF are you talking about? I love how they have the set-up now as it makes it much easier to manage the economy.

I've been a fan of the game since the first AOE, which ran on Windows 95/NT.

AOE III is fantastic and this is coming from a guy who owns and plays:

I've played all of them as well, and I have to say I'm a pretty big fan of AOE III

I love the time period. I love the power of artillary (finally!) and I do love them graphics.

I like the card shipment idea except the fact that you have to pick civilizations to beef up bit by bit, I find that annoying. Ive always enjoyed random!

And speaking of Rome, I've been replaying the grand Imperial Campaign lately. Such a great game. There is a Shogun Mod being worked on that looks amazing. I wonder what the next Total War game will be?
