As far as liking a girl because of her young age, it is a problem. But consider the fact that many people like many things you would consider wrong. Well it's obvious that everyone has different sets of morals, ethics, biases, prejudices, values, and ideals. The girl, even though she gives consent, is not giving an 'informed consent' as its legally called. Even in Australia with its rather lax age of consent laws (you at nearly 19 could legally get away with balling a 15 year old if she is mentally mature enough), very few judges would rule that such a young girl fully understand the repurcussions of engaging in sexual activity. They just don't know what they are getting themselves into.

You misinterpret some of the messages in this thread. While I agree some a bit biased and maybe don't want or like to thing on all sides, sex CAN be traumatic. It can really fuck up a kid's mind. I was fucked up because of it for a while.

There are various reasons a child may not be able to handle sex... There is not one specific reason. You make it sound like if a kid is not Christian, they will handle sex fine. C'mon man... that's short-sighted. I am aware... and I have continually stated that not all children are negatively affected by sex. I know this because I've known people that started sex at an early age, and they're perfectly fine. I am glad that they could handle such things.

Keep in mind, though... I am Catholic and when I was a child I was raised with those morals. But to tell you the truth, I was not thinking about that kind of stuff. When I did something, I questioned if I should do it on my own accord, no influence by my religion. I was a kid, and religion really did not matter to me. So that negates the Christian morals argument on my part because I didn't care about religion. I didn't know much about it in the first place.

What is getting me is that you make it seem like it's so simple to understand. The effects of sex on children are much more than physiological sometimes, y'know... For me, it was deeply mental.

When I first experienced sex, I felt extremely dirty and tricked. And then I was so afraid to tell anyone that it just festered. I've dealt with it for a long time, and it still bothers me. I haven't even told anyone in person. And it wasn't once, it was many other times. I could not figure out how to stop where I was, even if I knew I didn't really want to do this.

Religion, culture... none of that had anything to do with my feelings. I was too young to even care about that. I'm a different case from many other people, but that is my case. Ever seen what some kids will do for something they like? Even teens? There are grown adults that get addicted to sex, some that end up in shitty situations because of sex. Most adults have the intelligence and development enough to look at sex as just sex. You can break a child's mind, break it something awful, when something like sex enters the picture. My mother now works as a teacher, my father used to be a social worker. Both of them can instantly tell when a child's had sex. Hell, it's in everything they do. It will make your blood run cold when you're bouncing a little girl on your knee, and you stop, because you notice their eyes have glazed over, and they're grinding back. It chills me now, and that's only a severely abridged retelling of one of my father's more compelling reasons as to why he ultimately couldn't handle being a social worker. It's like their mind will now focus them towards only having sex. When they grow into adulthood, they'll have a higher chance of being an abuser, and their sex lives will be... off... to say the least. Some of the more disturbing fetishes are held by those who have been abused in such a manner at a young age.

Nope. Its hard sometimes. Like some 16 year old girls look more mature than some of the girls on campus. They got fully developed bodies and with the way they dress, you can't tell. Sure its easy with some, but others it is near impossible.

And with the asian ladies? You can never tell how old they are. Between the ages of 15-30, I don't think they age. At all. But I guess it is the same with us asian guys.

Cause one time when I was 19, I got IDed...at the movie theatre. That's right. I got IDed at a movie theatre. And this wasn't when I was buying the ticket. I had already bought the ticket and I was going to the theatre with my ticket. And the ticket guy stops me, non of my friends, just me and asks me for ID. WTF!? WTF!? WTF!?

Now its better. I can go buy alcohol at a bar with out getting IDed anymore. Maybe its because people in TO just don't give a damn.
