Oh heck yeah...

I went into this show with 0 knowledge. Its brilliant.

Of course, it leaves me thinking weird things like "OMFG, I'm watching a show about fashion design????" and "Um, they're all gay... this cannot be good." and yet it is...

The music is wonderful, the opening song is by Tommy February 6 and the ending is the very fitting "do you want to" by Franz Ferdinand.

I finally opened up this show to watch some of it today, I'm a big fan of the manga.

Really, I like the show thus far, for the most part the designs for the characters etcetra is pretty nice and it sticks well to the manga storyline... but at some parts the art just looks REALLY bad to me. x_x; kind of drives me crazy. THAT aside, I'm liking it :x

I watched this anime because I learned that the author of Paradise Kiss is the same with Nana. Until now, I quite like the anime. I didn't read the manga of ParaKiss though, so I don't know about the story.

It's true that you have to get used to the art, it's quite different. But, I think it's refreshing.

Ps:I'm a fan of H&C too. Too bad it is very hard to get the scanlations.

Even if you think it may be a little extreme, large conventions are an excellent way to get much coveted manga that is hard to find.

We have much in common then. I prefer a yuri show to a yaoi one, yaoi shows are commonly craptastic.

In my opinion, yaoi are sick. Atleast yuri don't involve ejaculating each other with.. You get the idea. Shounen-ai is alright, but when an anime starts with this, it normally ends up as yaoi.

Well, I don't see anything that suggests that parakiss is going to end up being a yaoi-fest. Heck, it has a female lead character, yaoi shows rarely have any girls in them especially not in a lead role. :P

Re: skin crawling. I can understand that... but so far Parakiss isn't about teh gay and doesn't appear to be heading that way. The only 'coupling' shown so far has been a straight one, and there are serious hints as to romantic feelings between Caroline and George. :P
