Fantasy football!

I haven't seen many sports related posts here, and for once this isn't about sex :cool:

Anyway, we had our fantasy draft last night, fun stuff. Does anyone else play? Any comments about teams or players this year?

I hate fantasy football with a passion...

A bunch of the guys on my ship play, so all I hear all the time is fantasy football... blah blah blah... at fucking 6:00 in the morning when I'm trying to cram in an extra half hour of sleep (on top of the other hour and a half that is all I've gotten in 32 hours) all I hear is about draft pics and how someones going to stomp someone else in the playoffs this year...

Then when I sit down for chow, thats all I hear. Its even worse if we are in a port with cable TV and they are playing ESPN on the TV... I hate listening to that sports show where they yell and argue with each other over pointless games and decisions that choaches and players made...

Its 6:30 in the morning, I already hear enough yelling in my line of work, and I just want to enjoy my pancakes.

That's no different than listening to people talk about video games or women 24/7 though you likely wouldn't have a problem with that?

Video games are a waste of time, and I find the discussion equally annoying altough much less common.

Discussion of women is annoying as well, don't get me wrong, I love females in all their form and splender, but the majority of the time that males are talking about females they arn't really talking about the women, they are talking about themselves.

The big difference is I don't have to listen to people yelling about the above two examples while I'm putting pepper on my scrambled eggs.
