Orson Scott Card of Ender's Game fame has started an online magazine. It's a quarterly, and each issue features a new story by him set in the ender world. It's free to register, then you can buy any issues you want at the price of 2.50 an issue. The issues are yours "forever" - online, though. There are no print copies.
The first issue is very, very good - some of the best writing I've read outside of a novel in a while. I can't recommend the site/magazine enough if you like science fiction and/or fantasy.
