View Full Version : What's Your Paradise?

I have this little notebook I write in whenever I have an interesting thought and in one of my classes I was ASS bored so I started thinking what my paradise would be like. Here goes:

My Paradise:
Somewhere I can be with a beautiful, dark skinned chick outside under the warmth of the sun. No clothes or accessories needed. It would rain sometimes, rain hard, but it would always be warm whether rain or shine, night or day. We would do nothing besides eat, drink, sleep, fuck, listen to music, and love each other. The area itself would be covered heavily by grass. Thick, soft grass. There would be trees too, lots of trees. There would be pools of water here and there. Some would be jacuzzi-like hot springs, others would just be large warm lakes. There would be no limit to what or how much we could eat, drink, fuck, or sleep. The nights would mostly be cloudless and lightless so that we could stare up at the night sky and gaze at ALL the stars. There would be pain and the ability to be hurt but only so that it would strengthen us and allow for more pleasure later. And when it's time to die, because immortality would get boring, we'd die in each other's arms. Painlessly, just in our sleep. That would be my perfect reality. My paradise.

What's yours? :)

A world without technology. just us, people in general.
Experiencing the world as it evolved, think of wheels, fire etc.

Sure i would smell and have long goofy hair, but atleast i didnt have to be up at 8 to go to the same routine that eventually will be my life in this modern world. i would might even reconise a god, blaiming and thanking him for everything that would happen. which i cannot do in the modern world, everyhting is tought of and everything is explained and pre chewed, no more suprises here :(

ofcourse a bunch of hot females in my tribe together with a kickass hunting pack of dogs who could help me get my steak..

so send me back 50.000 years ago and i would be having a blast and i would happily die by the claws of a lion.

Not having to go to work/school, having many friends, having a lot of money and meeting many women. It really is that simple folks.

Me, and the girl I love. Pretty much Idlethought's idea.
It'd be as though time didn't exist, and there'd be nothing there but us. We'd spend most of our time staring into each other's eyes and talking. Nothing would be, except us.
The place would be a small island, with lots of small pools and waterfalls. We'd live in a straw hut, on a small but comfortable mat, and fall asleep in each other's arms every night.
We'd go swimming alot, naked! Than "Make love" on a comfortable rock bed underneath a waterfall.

Sounds delightful!

A partial paradise for me is being a grand Kalista complete with experience, hacking away at the infidels while being in a Juramentado state while bullets do nothing to stop this murderous beast while of course, protecting the ones I love. Doing it with a Kampilan, Kris and a Sundang will make me real happy.

But that's partial.

Somewhere up in the mountains. Lots of woods. Just me, my guitar, my mp3 player (with infinite battery and every song I ever enjoyed), my bow, a fishin' pole, a book that would always have a new story in it when I opened it, a book with an infinite amount of blank pages, an ink well that never ran dry, a pen that would write whatever I was thinking, a horse to get around with, and a well with a neverending supply of cool, clean, fresh water.

My paradise is any form of motor racing venue. The smell of burning rubber, the blistering sound of a v8, v10 or v12. The feeling of the downshift rumble in your gut. It gets even better when i get to make nice photo's :)

So many possible answers to this one:

A world with magic.

A world where I could run and never tire.

A world where I could speak with the stars...

Paradise huh.. well can't really say.. there's a lot of that..

But, to get the current real world going that way.. Would be if we stoped spending trillions of dollars on stupid pointless wars, and instead pumped that money into NASA and other space projects. Being able to fly around space and check out stuff like nebulas, and anomolies, and meet little alien dudes would be like.. pretty much paradise.

Well if you were to define paradise as the perfect existence, flying around in space and checking out nebulas and anomolies and whatnot would be your perfect existence?

And Kollapse, being in constant war would be your perfect existence?

And Meneer, being in a constant race would be your perfect existence?

Just some questions

Being in a constant motor race would just about be a perfect existence, yes. :D

And Meneer, being in a constant race would be your perfect existence?

Not just the racing, the experience of the race, the sound, the smells the excitement... i love it.. in fact i've already been there once in 2002: clicky here! (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v723/meneerdijk/IM000978.jpg)

That's me right after the 2002 belgian grand prix, if the afterlife could be a place and time in wich you were very happy, i wouldnt be dissapointed if it was this moment.

in other words, i'm a racing nut

A big horse farm somewhere near mountains and a nice beach. It would have to be just far enough out in the country that I didn't have any close neighbors and could run around naked, but close enough to a decent size city that if I rode my horse to the top of a hill, I could see the city lights at night. I'd have my lover and our children with. It would be warm in the summer (just hot enough to go swimming in the ocean) and be cold enough to snow in the winter for a while. My lover and I would spend the rest of our days being loyal to eachother and die peacefully in our sleep at the age of 100 or around that age...

I think I like everything the way it is now, just minor improvements:

1. Rumor won't bite me when I try to hold her.
2. Seafood won't be expensive because my house will be near the sea.
3. I have a chauffer that takes me wherever I want. For free.
4. There is always a good gumbo stand around.
5. I can play DDR without the downstairs neighbor getting upset with me.
6. I have a maid to clean the house. Hooray!
7. None of my cooking experiments go bad. O____O;
8. Sex when I want it. Mwahahaha.
9. I get free coffee at Starbucks.
10. I have a job that pays me to slack. Oh em gee, that's right, SLACK. I would slack with the fury of a thousand slackers, who were only born to be summoned for that one moment of slacking, and then disappear into the abyss of nonexistance. u__u

Now that I look at this list, some of the stuff here is kinda plausible. I mean...not the 'creating a sea in San Antonio' thing, but little stuff, like getting a prepaid Starbucks card that I can use and refill it once in a while when I have money. Or playing DDR when the neighbor isn't around. Paradise is closer to home than I thought! <3

When I decide i'll be sure to update my post, until then... I wish some things in life were easier and some were more of a challenge. That and I had more money and better looks.

Hmm...

Somewhere interesting, I'd say somewhere peaceful but to be honest, I'd get bored too easily, give me a bit of action every now and then :D

I guess...it'd be somewhere where my friends and I didn't have to work for our money and we had stuff to do all the time.

I've got too many "paradises" so I suppose if I could go between them, it'd be cool...yeah. :D My paradise would be whatever world/situation I wanted it to be at that moment.

The same as yours but I wouldn't take a random girl, I would take someone I know and love.

And I would have my friends living far away so I could visit them and hang out when I wanted to, but I would live in a secret place so that I could be alone with my girl not having them bugging me.

I said partial. That means it qualifies as a candidate. Nothing on my mind that will make me feel Nirvana though.

And yes, being in conflict does. Well, I do it for someone and for something. My example is just how ferocious I want to be when someone harms the people I cherish.
