Ok so here's something that happened to me today that I thought I'd like to share.

Ok so I'm sitting in french class looking at another F paper when all of a sudden on the intercom some secretary says they need me in the front office.
I get a weird feeling in my stomach as I get up and I'm really scared........
As I walk down the hall I relise I went the long way to the office and now I'm really nervous. A couple minutes later I am at the office and I open the big double doors leading to it. Once I step in the secretary see's me and calls me into the vice-principle's office. I about pass out cause there are so many damn things I've done........I sit in the principle's office and she tells me this.

My mind overloads on all the girls that I've randomly groped and I about pass out.

Then she say's "Do you know a William Farrel?"

I shit myself cause I thought he was a friend of mine and now he's telling on me for jokingly offering him gay sex.

I tell her it was all in jest and all he had to do was ask and I would have stopped.

Since I put on my most innocent yet cunning face she let it slide with a warning, but all day all I thought about was what if the school calls my house about this..........

First, it’s way too early to classify yourself as straight, or gay or bisexual. At your age anything sexual is interesting. Anything is worthy of being explored. That doesn’t make you anything other than 14 years old.

Second, we live in a different world today than existed in 1955 when I was your age. The worst you could expect from an unwanted invitation was a dirty look or a slap in the face. Today, all too many people run to the authorities to solve their conflicts. Deal with it. Don’t make unwanted solicitations to anyone. Some things you just don’t joke about.

Third, get help with your schoolwork. Talk to your teachers. Don’t be afraid to ask for help. Go to school early or stay late. Go to a local library away from home and the temptations of your personal computer. I know you’re smart. I know you have potential. It’s apparent you don’t recognize your own talents.

How many times do people on OP9 have to tell you that they care about you? It’s time that you cared about yourself. Get the help you need and get busy changing your life.

And, please, please, don’t make sexual overtures to anyone male or female. It will only get you into trouble and certainly won’t help you become the person I know you're capable of being.

I'm generally concurring with Ruaidhri on the simple basis that most of what's up there is heavily influenced by social trends. It's all a load of conformist bull, to be frank, and it does catch up to those who don't feel a need for some change.

Often us adolescent types love to learn as we do; make mistakes, crash and burn, and walk out with a broken leg, learning after we recover. I'm kind of doing this now. It is ok to an extent; but when you start hitting the upper teens, more and more responsibility has to be taken lest you start bothering those around you. Ru-ru up there was just pointing out that Dpad can do this now and save himself the trouble.

I don't think anyone really has a feud with Dpad here, so it's just a suggestive post. Funny thing is, I've never had the stuff Dpad has experienced once in my time in highschool; maybe I was just lucky or overly reserved.

We can't judge each other by "experience" because we are all different people; it's what we do about those experiences that counts for something.
