So, I need serious help.

Story:

I'm overclocking my uncle's cpu, but I pushed it too hard and rufused to boot. So, I took out the mobo's battery to restore the bios. When I booted it up after that, it seems that the majority of my uncle's files where deleted. Well, not really deleted as what seems to have happed is some sort of system restore. I tried restoring the system, but it has no restore points after feb. 2008, and they don't work anyway.

So, now I feel like shit for what I did and need to fix it. I figure it useless, but someone might know something here...

FUCK!!!

It's not like I did it to my own computer. Then I'd just take the set-back and start from the ground up again. But, since I fucked someone else's shit up, I am like...I don't even know. I'm freaking out here...

Lawl, nevermind. I fixed it. Simple fix too. His mobo was set on the wrong priority for his HDs...

note - back up his data anyways.... USB thumb drives are cheap and worth saving the hassle of having the late night IT support call from your relatives.(tm)
