I discovered this article thanks to TDR. This dumbass blames the Yakuza for Hurricane Katrina. Here's a quote:

"Since Katrina, Stevens has been in newspapers across the country where he was quoted in an Associated Press story as saying the Yakuza Mafia used a Russian-made electromagnetic generator to cause Hurricane Katrina in a bid to avenge the atomic bomb attack on Hiroshima."

Ah, what can you do. Of course, technically anything is possible there are merely different levels of improbibility. I think the probibility is pretty close to 0 though. As was discussed elsewhere, if anyone had that power they would obviously have abused it by now.
