My Forza 2 paint progress!

I've been painting in Forza 2... a lot... so I'm making this thread to catalog all of my random crap. Also, it was hard to pick a forum for this... It could go in creativity, but it could also go into entertainment, being as it's just a feature in a video game.


I decided on here, because people actually read this board.

First thing I made in the paint editor: German coat of arms

That was my first try at anything more complex than random stripes and crap. It came out well enough :P Sadly, that is a bad picture. Doesn't show all of the detail I put into the claws ;)

3rd : I saw this pegasus and decided to try it out. It was substantially harder than the eagle, lulz. Missed a few spots, nothing too hard to fix...

Hard to see what's on the roof of the car in that shot, but it doesn't matter... it's just random filler lines.

Doctor Octagon lulz. Want to do the actual pic of the good doctor sometime (The skeleton holding the skull, etc). I'll put that in a backlog... right behind the Sublime sun >_>.

Alright, now it's pants at the beginning of the top! Note : Look at it sideways :p

Basing this off a Ukiyo-e bit I saw a while back, I dug up the pic to use as a reference. Going for a full car design this time, not just a centerpiece tossed up on a background. (Funnily, however, this will be a lot more detailed than any of the others. Weird :p)

And uhh... not really? I do a bit of sprite work now and then, and I did used to mess around a bit with PaintBBS, but I really haven't drawn too much of anything in a while. (And I rarely draw pencil + paper, for some reason.)

Yo, these are awesome, Man. I like all of them. You should try one of those all over designs. I've seen some flat out unbelievable stuff from Forza 1.

The second one looks like the Souls of Mischief logo.

SoM/Hiero lol. Was gonna try my hand at all all over Dr. Octogon job, but just getting the silhouette up there took like 660 layers, and the max for any one side is 1000. Can still work something out, but I'll probably have to do the pic of Dr. Octagon with the skull on a different car.

Nah, most of this comes from other sources. The pegasus was done from memory, but it's a fairly common logo lol.

I don't actually make any custom Minis lol. I just use them as a canvas of sort for images, they have a really big roof. Big and square. I just draw the stuff on that then cut it off and put it on cars worth driving.

i didnt realize that Forza is a pretty cool game. it came with my 360 along with ultimate alliance.

i thought it was a corny generic racer game an traded it in for need for speed pro street......which disappointed me. if i had known Forza is like ridge racer i woulda kept it. think ima buy it again it may hold me over until the new midnight club comes out.

Pro Street is like... 10x more like Ridge Racer than Forza. Forza 2 is pretty much just straight up simulation, think Gran Turismo.

Also, no new updates on the other stuff... did a few cars with more regular race designs, but nothing fancy. Also, trying to beat CnC3 and stuff lol.
