Tokyo Tower and surroundings question

Is there actually a graveyard and small forest at the foot of the Tokyo Tower?

Google isn't being helpful this morning. :(

There is a park- Shiba koen and two Anglican churches. Some temples nearby too, according to my map so a cemetary is possible. Can't be more help than that...
