This isn't intended as spam. I just thought people might be able to list the places they shop online to get stuff that they just can't pick up in Japan.

For me:

FBC (Foreign Buyer's Club) for American food, both by the case and individual. They also carry seasonal and holiday goods like Halloween costumes, Christmas decorations. www.fbcusa.com

Expat Express to order from US shops such as Walmart which don't ship overseas. I ordered some parts for my daughter's bball hoop from there for about 20% of the equivalent price in Japan, even with shipping. www.expatexpress.com

more later...

Amazon Japan (http://www.amazon.co.jp) is also good for miscellaneous goods and cheap English books. Perrier is also rather cheap with free delivery to your door.

Orca International (http://www.orca-international.com/) sells super-cheap Redhook Beer if you buy 25,000 worth at once (you get 15% off). It comes down to 265 yen/bottle of delicious IPA. How can you live without it? That's 355ml of delicious beer in a real bottle for 500ml of Japanese swill in a can.

(okay, I like Japanese beer too, but c'mon! how can it compete with the glory of IPA?!)
